But traditional ice packs and other cold therapy and static compression devices can be messy and difficult to use. That's where Game Ready™ comes in. Developed by scientists and doctors using proprietary NASA spacesuit technology, the Game Ready System simultaneously delivers both adjustable cold therapy and intermittent compression, making it easy to apply the two most difficult-to-manage aspects of the RICE regimen.

Your treatment with the Game Ready™ System is enabled by our microprocessor-driven Control Unit and our Dual-Action Wraps, featuring NASA spacesuit design.

Ice water is pumped into the first, inner chamber of the Wrap, closest to the body. The water rapidly and continuously circulates throughout the Wrap for circumferential cooling.

Simultaneously, the Control Unit pumps air into the second, outer chamber of the Wrap, intermittently inflating and deflating it according to adjustable pressure settings. This compression conforms the Wrap to the contours of the body to aid in the delivery of cold therapy.
